SUMMARY:Exchange of Proposals
DESCRIPTION:Located in the Board of Education room at Central Office.  This is the first stage of bargaining\, in which Teachers and D11 each share up to two issues to be negotiated in the Master Agreement.  The choice of issues identifies very clearly what CSEA and the Board see as important in the relationship of teachers and their employer.  Finances are open for negotiation each year by law (Articles XIV\, XV\, XVI\, and XVII)\, and it has been negotiated before that the term of the Agreement (Article XIX) is open\, as well. \nExchange of Proposals
